Vino bio, una scelta tra moda e tradizione

Troppo spesso i prodotti biologici vengono considerati solo una moda del momento, senza tener conto che fino agli anni ’50 tutto ciò che abbiamo mangiato è stato prodotto biologicamente. Si tratterebbe dunque ad un ritorno alle origini più che una nuova tendenza. Prendiamo per esempio il vino...


i vini biologici provengono da vigneti le cui terre vengono coltivate secondo il sistema dell’agricoltura biologica, vale a dire in assenza totale di insetticidi, erbicidi e altri prodotti chimici. Questo ci fa capire che non si tratta solo di un particolare processo di lavorazione del vino, ma parte proprio dalla materia prima, l’uva, che deve essere anch’essa biologica.

I prodotti biologici possono avere solo uno svantaggio: per ovvi motivi hanno un costo maggiore rispetto agli altri prodotti, ma questo non dovrebbe essere un problema, perché si tratta di salvaguardare la nostra salute da sostanze tossiche che a lungo andare possono comprometterla. Il cibo e le bevande biologiche hanno effetti positivi sulla nostra salute perché ricchi di sostanze nutritive e curative che fanno bene al nostro organismo.

La scelta di “…Prendila Così…”

La nostra filosofia abbraccia totalmente questa tecnica di vinificazione, ed è per questo che “…Prendila Così…” ha scelto del vino prodotto da agricoltura biologica, che segue un metodo naturale e in totale armonia e rispetto dell’ambiente. Mangiare sano non basta se non si presta attenzione anche alla qualità delle bevande che accompagnano i nostri pasti!
“….Prendila Così…” parteciperà alla prima edizione de “La Vendemmia a Torino – Grapes in Town” che si terrà sabato 14 e domenica 15 ottobre: l’evento prevede diversi percorsi di degustazioni alla scoperta del meglio della tradizione enologica piemontese accompagnato da degustazioni di prodotti tipici, visite guidate presso palazzi e musei storici del capoluogo e workshop.
Per l’occasione presenteremo un menù ad hoc creato per sottolineare l’eccellenza dei prodotti locali.
