La IFID società di capitali italiani, e titolare del brand “…Prendila Così…”, pone le basi della sua mission per realizzare investimenti atti a sviluppare store-network nel mondo food retail, di stampo italiano, per promuovere il vero CIBO nel territorio nazionale ed estero. Il management della IFID è la sintesi di molteplici esperienze, conoscenze, profili umani e professionali, che si sono uniti per amore del CIBO, della piacevolezza e del benessere che esso rapresenta per loro stessi. La IFID e il suo management hanno l’ambizioso progetto di colmare un gap nell’offerta del pasto fuori casa, che è costellata da inflazionati fast food, in stile anglosassone o italiano, con una nuova proposta della tradizione italiana sana, semplice e nutriente, un nuovo modo di fruizione e un approccio improntato allo smart feeding. Questo progetto coinvolgerà il territorio italiano nel primo step e successivamente potrà divenire una bandiera italiana all’estero. Il core business è incentrato sullo sviluppo di food retail con il portafoglio di brand di proprietà, attuali e futuri. La guida operativa della IFID è affidata ad un amministratore delegato, che ha un’esperienza pluriennale nel segmento food, nonché nella gestione e creazione di food network. L’AD ha ricoperto varie cariche apicali, tra cui la direzione commerciale Italia di una multinazionale (consociata) di due marchi storici italiani nel mondo della gelateria e pasticceria rivolta al mercato HO.RE.CA., la direzione commerciale Italia per un campione nazionale del largo consumo (no-food) operante nel segmento HO.RE.CA, nonchè è stato direttore operativo e propulsore commerciale di una start-up, nata nel 2007 con un noto marchio, che nel 2013 contava un network di 13 bakery caffè aperti ed operativi.

Using of Cookies
